Good

I loved the pool, clean and very nice.

The bathroom wasn't very comfortable, plus the water was retained in the shower when we bathed, it was a second pool.

1.5 star hotel not luxurious. Pool was good but breakfast was ordinary.

Great location . That’s the only thing I like about the property. Close to the lippo mall and many restaurant and 600m from the beach .

I would rate this property as 1.5 star property. If you looking for something cheap then this property may be for you but if you looking something better then go for 4 star hotels . This is not for you .

Ok accommodation

Great location. Very friendly staff in the restaurant.

Night staff was unhelpful. Put in a room with broken air conditioner. Told we would have to put up with it as they were full. Spoke to restaurant staff the next day who said they weren't full. Night staff was slow, unmotivated and disinterested. We arrived at 1am so we were tired and just wanted a shower and bed. Wifi actually had no internet connected to it. We were told by the same staff member who told us we would have to put up with no a/c it would be fixed by that morning. It never worked the whole time we were there. Pity the man on the front desk was so unhelpful. Pool towels would be appreciated.

Staff were great, as is the location. Great hotel stay and value for money.

The beer was expensive, and you can't drink beer from outside by the pool. The cocktails were pretty awful. Also the pool was a bit dodge. 2m most of apart from the kiddies side. But it was nice.

Back to basics Bali pleasure.

It was a beautiful old fashioned Bali experience. The staff were wonderful, the property was basic but beautiful. It is located in a great area.

If they had a little bit more of a breakfast selection.

Small room cold aircon bad WiFi bad breakfast ok for money spent.

Aircon was very cold For the money it’s close to the beach and Lippo Mall

Breakfast is not worth the extra you get 1 egg only with not much else to choose from. Hotel is very run down facilities are poor Pool is too deep and over chlorinated WiFi is intermittent and not working in some parts of hotel

Felt like a luxury beach resort!

The pool was phenomenal! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel provided drinking water daily. Really great value for the money. Location was great with lots of warungs and shops nearby.

The closest beach to the hotel was dirty and had no shade. Better beach about 20 min walk away.

This property is right in the heart of city, very near to...

This property is right in the heart of city, very near to mall and also beach. Breakfast is very good compared to many other hotels where we stayed in Bali in terms of Quantity of food.

Room are clean but furniture is too old and hot water in bathrooms are not regulated. It was difficult to take a warm water shower. The flow of was is too less

Sheets were grey and dirty looking asked for extra be they said no asked for ground floor if no lift and we are senior age , they gave us 3rd floor up very steep stairs took us quite a time to climb stairs my seven year old grandson tried to carry suitcase up stairs but it slid down and he hurt himself , I fell over on the uneven ground leading to restuarant for breakfast and hurt myself , the gardener tried very hard to get me off ground but due to injuring my hand and knee had to wait for other guests to help the staff at reception not interested and just looked at each other

It was very cheap accommodation and suited our needs for one night. Would suit travelers on a budget

Good location. We used resort for an overnight stay only. It was very cheap, food was lovely.

Air conditioner in room was not very cool, toilet took ages to refill so issues flushing if we wanted to use toilet one after the other. Bench was coming off wall, so would not use.

You get what you pay for

Beautiful and big pool. Lots of space around it. Attentative staff.

Weird and funky smell that came and went. Bedsheets and pillows didnt smell washed. Could feel the springs in the bed. Breakfast was not bad but not great either.

You get what you pay for but I was happy

You get what you pay for! It’s not a dump but it’s no where near as glamorous as the photos make out! Considering I visited a few hotel my friends were staying in..this one was good for exactly what I needed it for sleeping and washing but anything more I’d suggest pay a little more to another venue but over all I was pleased with it!

It wasn’t immaculately clean and the staff were not always on point ya times I had to chase staff for towels and my phone wasn’t working so had to walk on foot to reception as I couldn’t call them but again the room served the purpose I required it for and I’d happily stay there again!
